Man...I'm tired!

I went to bed at a decent time and took my time getting up. To keep honest, threw the gym clothes on - the chances of my working out go up if i get right into gym clothes upon wake instead of my regular rags.

Some good things on my side...it's a beautiful day out. To further strengthen the body - my perfect day today will have a mix of HIIT, weights and a nice walk to loosen up after lifting on the beautiful walking trail.

I'm now starting to finally appreciate the flexibility I asked for with telecommuting. Before I would feel 'bad' that I could sleep in while others hurried off to work. But I work at all type of hours - so that's the trade off. My goal now is to use my down time more productively. I mean, really, how many times can someone watch reruns of Martin, Living Single and ever Simon Pegg movie? 

So - writing this...I feel more motivated now to get off my backside and head off for some lifting and a nice walk (or as I call it - 'Saying hello to the world').
