That title sounds a little ominous as in "YOU'RE GOING TO FAIL"
I mean that you should know it's not going to be a steady downward loss. I think most people duck out of weight loss efforts because their first speedbump is so unexpected that they get depressed and disappointed and quit.
I've lost 105lbs in the last year and here recently gained back 15... I can share with confidence it’s an up and down rollercoaster... but anything WORTH doing takes time.
If you're on the weight loss path you know what I'm talking about... be an encourager, help folks see that goofs, errors, even face plants HAPPEN and not to let them get them down as long as they get up and brush it off!
If you're just starting - - KNOW it's going to be good, even if you get on the scale and you've gained 5 lbs.... BABY steps.. Little by little don't get disconcerted!
I am excited for this diet bet as a challenge for me, but I want to encourage folks too… I’ve found Instagram (sorry for the cross promo) is a REALLY good place to seek encouragement.
