Non-scale victory of the week!

I have not wore pants in a year so I decided to see if I could fit in my jeans size 38 and. I did!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have to hold myself accountable. Vacation put me back in the 300's after a week being in the 290's. I can do this. One meal at a time.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

The holidays mess me up big time. I was under 300 lbs. The thing is I tried to eat light. I ate half what my family ate on the same plate. I skipped the higher loaded foods. But I was off my eating plan. For a week when I was away.
