Usually Sunday I'm having "the talk" with myself.  You know the one, "Its ok, so you blew it this weekend, but you can get right back on track".  No talk today - I didn't blow it, I made it thru the weekend without falter.  I did allow myself two glasses of wine at a get together with frined but they were planned into my day ahead of time.  I little less breakfast and an extra 2 miles.  I'm being to feel as if I might just be able to do this.
