Well it's Friday and it's been a good week but I am so nervous about the weekend.  I am going to try my best to stick to my plan but weekends are so chaotic.  Water is becoming my friend- feel hungry, drink water; feel anxious, drink water; bored and ready to graze, drink water.... well you get the idea.  maybe my sgtrategy for the weekend will be when temptation strikes I'll find a mirror and remember how fat I am and how much I need to stary on track, and drink water!
