So, The idea of not drinking Coke, Dr. Pepper unless its a sparingly type situation kills me. Not only that, I love to eat. Portion control will be another big thing, and I'll have to curb it with more fruit and veggies and healthier stuff that Im not accustomed to eating. Not going to lie, I need to do this and I am excited for the progress and results, but I am having a rough time accepting that. Im not that far out of shape or over weight, but Goals wise, I want to slim down, get buff, and feel good with lots of energy at 2 very demanding jobs. I look forward to the workouts as well as the new discovered foods. We start tomorrow for the contest so I guess we will see how this goes! Wish me luck!
