I'll have to say, if you give up sodas completely, in 6 months time they won't even taste good too you.2 years ago, I would've never believed that. Just know there is hope and you can cut back and you will thank yourself later.I've also found that when I eat health, and don't supplement my healthy eating with crap (snacks), I feel fuller and more satisfied. Hopefully you will find the same.Also, tracking calories in vs out and knowing how much it takes to burn them later was really eye opening and kept me accountable.Keep us posted on your progress and good luck on your first diet bet.
