As mentioned, i will try the Slow Carb Diet form Tim Ferriss, that seems rather simpel, yet effectic.

My weigh-inn was 92 kilo straight and i have been on the scale every day, and the best day was friday returning 88,7 kilogram, but this morning it told me, that i was 89,7 kilo heavy.

Thats ok, as Tim Ferriss "promised" approx 9 kilo in 30 days. So i am on the way.

The food i keep simpel. 

Tuna and eggwhite for breakfast

salad of a kind for lunch

and some chicken and root vegetables for dinner.

I find that the SCD is rather close to the Dukan diet, that uses fat a little more. But for recipies it can be usefull.

In SCD i have one cheatday. 

AND THAT IS TODAY ;o)

And my training have been ok.

I an running every 2 day, distances like 5 - 10 km. I next weekend we wil run the Copenhagen ½ marathon .
We should have been out on 15 - 20 km today, but the rain keept us inside.

We will get up in the morning and run our training instead.

So i feel pretty shure that i will be able to win in this game.

I´m using Fitbit, i love that gadget and the interface.
