Great goals Kim! The best part is some of them can be achieved right here right now! Especially Yoga. I've been doing yoga forever and what's so super great is with appropriate modifications anyone can make yoga work for them.I started with a DVD program called HeavyWeight Yoga and graduated to beginner classes in a real studio (talk about nerve racking but it was so awesome and I should have started sooner) and eventually all the way to my favorite Hot Yoga.If you need some pointers I'm here for you girl!
