Dear Me,
Stop waiting! You are a mother of 2 boys and need to be able to keep up with them, be active with them. It's time to be a better role model. Aiden in 90lbs and is 5 years old. WAKE UP! You need to start taking care of yourself and the family. You are always tired, have stomach issues, and just plain un healthy and it feels horrible. Deep down I know you want to change and are afraid. It's time to stop waiting and get on with it. A healthier you will be a Happier you. Lets's make the fake smile a real one.
