1 beetroot peeled and grated (raw)

handful of fresh coriander leaves (cilantro yes?)

handful of roasted peanuts (unsalted)

juice of one lime

sprinkle with sesame seeds.

 

in a bowl.

eat it.

 

SO GOOD.. Body says YESSSSS Body says OM NOM NOM NOM GRRRR NOM

add sultanas or cranberries or both if you want some little surprises.

I stayed full and felt great for ages after this!
