well it is not even two weeks in yet and I am down 4 lbs so I am excited abbout that.  I fill up a gallon jug in am and make sure it is all gone by the time I go to bed.  A person trainer said you want to be at 45%-60% water and I am at 47% so that makes me happy.  I have been eating pretty well bu a mid morning shake and a lunch shake and healthy snacks in between and then dinner.   Hope everyone else is doing good as well
