So I just finished three challenges and hit my goal.  Amazingly enough I did not work out much.  I am fairly active at work but not much on working out, I do a little biking now and then but what really helped me meet my goal was my meals and water.  Here is how I did it.

I filled a gallon jug up with water each morning.  I fill my cup up with ice and pour water in it and drink it all day.  at the end of the day what ever is left in gallon jug I finished it off before getting into bed.  Yes, I peeeeeed a lot, but I also watched the weight drop.  I also started protein meal replacement shakes.  I would drink one in am, mid morning eat a tuna pouch or hard boiled egg whites or some chicken, lunch was another proteing shake and mid afternoon carrots, egg whites, chicken or something healthy ad dinner a regular meal.   Just remember, the myth of three full meals a day is gone.  You should rather put something like handfull of nuts, or celery or carrots in your mouth every 2 hrs and then not have big meals but rather small meals or proteing meal replacement shakes.  It wasn't near as hard as I thought it would be.  Water water water is the key!  Although I am not 256 lbs (thank God) they say at least to drink half your body weight in oz of water a day.  Since a gallon is 128 oz I am drinking about 86 oz over.  But it is working!
