If you just read my last post, this follows immediately (as in, within minutes). 

I've just flunked my Round 3 weigh-in for my 3rd attempt at a Transformer.  Although I am disappointed, I'm still proud that I haven't reversed my progress to date.  This next round, I'll have to lose 3% of my starting weight, the same as the first two rounds. Since I was successful at those, I know I can do this if I focus.

I swore that I would NOT let myself get to 1 week away and panic-mode-unhealthy-fasting-loss to hit my goal. 

My goals for this next month (and the next round) are sort of all in sync:


1. Make a 40 day streak on MyFitnessPal logging my calories (I'm on day 11 today)
2. Complete my C25K training (ends Oct 23)
3. Meet my DietBet goal (5.6 lbs to go)--ALSO ends Oct 23
4. Complete the 30 day plank challenge (Oct 23)
5. Do another 30 day yoga challenge with Adriene (repeat) (Oct 23)
6. Run my 5K on Oct 24 (it's a twilight run through a cemetary. How cool is that?!).

 

I didn't plan all this to happen this way but I should be well prepared for that 5K!
