so 3 days away from my first weigh-in for this series.  i was totally excited to see i weighed in below 190lbs for the first time in months ( and for 2 days in a row).  almost to the first goal weight and feel i got this. havent been on the scale or dietbet much but since my last writing but work pants seem to be fittign better and i have run a sprint triathalon ( time wasnt near as bad asI thought it would be for lack of training) and hiked 25+ miles over a weekend.  its not so much not being fit thats my problem, im fairly fit just not excellent, but its being motivated to workout more than just doing fun stuff on the weekends and to eat better because im not working out thoughtout the week.  its this lack of daily movement and the joy of eating that caught up with me. almost one month down and 8lbs down though. I hope to keep up the number trend and the increased work out trend over the next few months too. this next months goal is to get to and maintain 3 x weekly workouts and 6-8lbs again. also not a true work out but I have to put walking the dogs as a goal too as ive been lazy about that and its something easy to help us all out, im aiming for 2-3 times weekly for 20-30 min on this too.
