I am coming up on my 2 year anniversary with dietbet this weekend.  How do I know this? Well because I remember weighing in after superbowl 2014 at 202 and saying "im a cute duece" but knowing enough is enough.  I then roller coastered for a while dropping down to nearly 165 then back up to 180 then down to 170 and up to 200 again.This was truely yo-yo dieting and not maintainable.  The last 200 scale tipper was this fall. I just submitted weigh in for my 5 month transformer mark coming in just over 175lbs. nice to see that while its been a wave I am 25 lbs lighter than 2 years ago and I am not carrying around my food diary aganizing over every food decision like the last 2 times I got this low which means I can enjoy some superbowl food this weekend and not be ashamed about it. I know from week to week the scales may adjust a few lbs, but I am maintaining a general downward trend and still enjoying meals out, parties and drinks with the hubby or friends but im more moderation. This time I think the life style change is actually happening. After this transformer wraps up I hope I can maintain this time especially as we are moving soon to a place with amazing but not so healthy food, beer, and wine so temptations will be all around me.
