Rooting for everyone to hit their goal! If you still haven't met your goal however, this would be a perfect time to try a few things...

1. Try removing something from your diet over the next few days - Maybe do just one piece of fruit (high in sugar) vs multiple pieces, or try removing grains and/ or dairy. This will also help you discover what your body may not be digesting well and you may get over a plateau. I removed wheat from my diet and in one week I lost 5lbs after not being able to move the scale for a year. Yea... Clearly my body is not feeling wheat.

2. Double your water intake - I have a method that works for me because I don't drink enough. I buy those 24 packs of water (I hate the waste but need the visual.) I put the amount of bottles that I need to drink on my counter or in my car and simply make sure they are gone by the end of the day.

3. Go to sleep - I thought this tip was a crock until I tried it. I started being more consistent with my sleep, and this along with my other tips made a huge difference in just a few days time.
