Did not plan my meals out for today and made some really poor diet decisions.  I realize as I write that this is a really lame excuse.   I knew the choices I was making weren't healthy and I MADE THEM ANYWAY.  There were other options.  I just didn't "feel" like it.  Yeah, that lazy stuff is gonna have to stop, starting now.

So to avoid making today a total loss.  I am now going to go exercise, which I should have done this morning, but didn't "feel" like it.
