Despite my sore leg and intermittent loss of my FitBit, I have managed to stay on track such that I have met my goal for this week.  1% down baby!!

Time to fess up that this was a relatively easy week though since I started the week bloated.  Next week may be a little more challenging, but I will be planning my meals out this weekend so less room for random inappropriate snacking. 

I'll be working hard to be able to say that I met my goal again next week.

Also, am I the only person who doesn't know how to do an unofficial weigh-in?  I like being able to see these things.
