I've done this before and tried to commit myself to weight loss before but I've always had a hard time sticking to it. Over the last 2 years I've finally dropped 20 lbs. I went from 199 - 179....2 years 20 lbs is a very long time for what seems like not a bunch of weight. I'm tired of being heavy. I want to be thin again like I was in Highschool (big wishes I know). This is the start. I bought myself a house. Now its time to lose weight and get my life on track. 

One day at a time. Shooting for 2 lbs a week, hopefully it won't be too difficult and I find the motivation to stick to it.
