Day 2:

Hungry, hungry, hungry. I'm so hungry today. I didn't eat anything I shouldn't have eaten but I probably ate too many calories. I did do some weight lifting this evening so at least I'm moving in the right direction. I weighed myself again this morning and I'm up two pounds. I don't know why I did that...I was so frustrated and it's only been one day. We never had a scale in our house and suddenly I feel like I want to get that feedback constantly. Must. step. away. from. scale.
