Well, tomorrow is Day 1! I really need to stay focused and maintain a healthy relationship with food. If I fall off the wagon for a meal I tend to stay off the wagon for days and then beat myself up over it. Starting tomorrow, I vow to stay on track but if I do haveĀ a cheat, I will not make it turn into days of cheats! Well, here goes...
