I am 39 year mother of three wonderful kids (22,16,8).  I have always been a bit on the heavy side but have always managed to keep my weight the same for the past 15 years.  But as I am getting older I feel that I should be more fit and eat better not only for my kids but for myself.  I do enjoy walking, riding bikes and working out but I times I find it help to do those things.  I hope with this challenge I will feel better and gain some new friends and continue to a healthier lifestyle.
