Day 2 was pretty easy.  I preparred breakfast for me and the kids.  Scrambled eggs with spinach, toast with jelly, and fried potatos.  Then, I made a pretty damn healthy dinner for me, my kids, and my Mom.  Salad of Napa cabbage, spinach, and mozzaralla sprinkles, Spaghetti squash, and turkey burgers.

   I did a 20 second plank.  Otherwise, just an enjoyable day home with my kids and NO eating out, NO soda, and good portion control.  Today was a good day.
