I made a mistake... I made great choices for eating, however, I waited far too long between meals.  That is a no no in this process.  So, note to self:  tiny snacks between meals.  It not only helps your matabolism, it also curbs you from binging. 

I also did my first workout today.  Holy out of shape Bat Man!  I seriously almost barfed 3 times.  Uugghh.  But then again, I didn't sign up for this to be easy.

All in all, a successful day 3.
