Hello,

So just as many of you who are participating in Jamie's game, I to am looking to shed some pounds (quite a few if i'm honest) and hopefully get in shape along the way. 

I've always tried and struggled in the past to keep conttrol of my weight. Even when I have been training hard, I've just ate more. Although i've been eating more of the wrong stuff, so I know what I need to do and that is to concentrate on my diet, I know this is going to be really tough for me. It scares me just thinking about it if I'm honest, but with enough motivation, some self beleive....and hopefully some support from everybody on here I can get there.

I've heard it takes 30 days to break in a new habit, It will be a tough and challenging 30 days, but I am going to give it my all!!

Well i guess that will do for now, I'll try and keep this up to date, and show some progress shots, hopefully I can helpo to motivate you just as much as you will motivate me.
