So today, I made sure to upload my official weigh in pictures. This in itself feels like a big step, everybody always says starting is the hardest part. I think having some money invested in this helps to give it a little bit more motivation to make it happen.
Now that i've signed up, my weigh in pictures have been verified (even though I look like i've been dragged through a hedge backawards...) it's really time to start.....
Ok, so lets get it off to the right start, one thing I ave learnt is to have a clear main goal, and then break this down into mini goals to help you get there. This is something I have found works in life in general. so my goal's for this week are:-
1 - No more junk food
2 - No more fizzy pop (This one will be really hard for me personally!!)
3 - Eat properly - Starting with porridge for breakfast and a salad box for lunch with some grilled chicken or fish with vegetables for tea
4 - EXERCISE - This will involve going to CrossFit on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and either a gentle jog or walk on Tuesday and Thursday, Circuit on Saturday and rest day on Sunday
5 - Set my weigh in picture as my desktop background to remind me why I'm doing it.
So there we go, thats my commitment, i've made to myself publically. I fully intend to keep it, Wish me luck......
I will also do another weigh in next weekend to help track my progress.
