There are lots of thoughts swirling around in my head right now as I start three Transformers today. After completing my last DB in April, I knew I had gained back some of it. But seeing the graph with the where I was then compared to my weigh in yesterday... ouch. That was hard! Now to get back on track!

So far I resisted chocolate and donuts at work. I did cave and have a Halloween size pack of Skittles because I knew I'd be wanting to dig through my coworker's candy basket all day without something to take the edge off. Now to try and make healthier choices the rest of the day!

I talked myself out of exercise yesterday because I'm battling a head cold. But I'm not going to let that stop me today. It's gorgeous out, so I'm really planning to get outside and go for a run. Hunting season bums me out since I have to stick to the roads as a result.

With a 5K race in less than 2 weeks and my longest race yet, a 5 miler, in a month... I can't afford to sit still any more. Nor can I give up wearing all the nice clothes I've bought since I started my journey to getting healthy a year ago!
