I need to keep on top of these posts bc I have such a bad memory that I'm scared I'll forget what I've eaten or done! But anyway I've had good days so far, my best food week in about two years. I used to be on slimming world and lost 5 lb in one week due to lots of homemade soup and this is how motivated I felt then. 

The scales are reporting a good weight loss but it's probably water weight so I'm not getting too excited. But it's still nice to see the numbers going in the right direction :) so Thursday I went for a walk and stocked up on veg for the week, eating a good amount of veg and still no chocolate or beige food. 

Friday was a stressful day in work but I prepared for success by taking my lunch and snacks with me. I also had another nsv by avoiding the cookies in the staff room, just a few weeks ago I would have had one or two with a cup of tea and not felt guilty but I asked myself if having one would feel good and be worth it. .. and the answer was no. I did have 3 quality St chocs from the tub but I savoured them and I'm proud of my self control. 

Then today I have been for a lovely rainy autumnal walk to get moving and have eaten well. Lots of lean chicken and veg for tea and that's another day smashed!
