So far my weight loss experiment is working ( see last Blog) and I have met my goals!

 

4 Week Experiment

To lose 4% of my body weight in 4 weeks (6.4lbs) 

No exercise, just lots of water and healthy food choices, a life full of positivity and grattitiude!

Results:

 

I am down 6.6lbs with 3 days still to go until my deadline, and I went on vacation for a week! I am so proud of myself!

 

Next 4 weeks

To lose 5% of my body weight (7.8 lbs)

Adding Light - moderate exercise a minimum of 3+ days a week

Continue eating healthy, being positive, and full of grattitude

 

I gained 45lbs in 16 months from stress and a mirade of other emotions and experiences. MY goal is to get rid of it in 9.  In time for summer, and a reunion.

My first real vacation with my hubby of 18 years is in February and of course when I am at my heaviest he wants to go to Hawaii. So my goal i goal is to be down 20lbs by then.

That Translates to a big goal of losing 13% in 15 weeks.

I plan to smash that goal, and  I am moving forward and giving my body all the tools it needs to be sucessful if that weight is possible in that time frame without sacrificing my well being and sanity.
