Final Weight Out approved, 70 KG -- 67.1KG, Happy, gonna keep going now, signed up for the second game. :) Fingers Crossed.
Good:
- set mind boundaries and help a bit of my over-eating issue;
- pressure when the weight - in comes;
- nice communication with members, you know you are not alone
Issues:
- for a girl without a proper scale or whole body mirror, a bit annoying to take pics every time;
- sometimes, I will still let myself go and loose the control -_-!! guess need work with time :)
Keep going & achieve your goal --> 55KG in April :)
Also wanted to signed up for a transformer game, curious how it works. :)
