I can't believe it's been ten weeks! I am super proud of myself for everything I have already accomplished, and of the goals and plans I have set out for myself for the next few months. While this past week Thanksgiving and a friend's birthday weren't the best for my weight loss goals, I am not going to let a little gain stand in the way of my long term goals. This is the first week that I have "gained" since I rejoined Weight Watchers on September 21st, and that is pretty darn good considering the things I have done since then!

My goals for this week are to incorporate activity into my weekly routine, whether it is a Zumba class or just going on the elliptical/treadmill/bike. I have plans for a Zumba class tonight, and should have time for the gym Tuesday and Thursday after my night class. I love Zumba a lot, but it does hurt my feet/ankles so I know I probably won't be able to include that in my routine more than once a week. Even just a half hour of a stationary machine will be a good start a few times a week. I think in the past I got discouraged because I tried to push myself too hard, too fast, and ended up failing and never going back. So I will start small and build into my routine from there.

I am going grocery shopping this week to fill my fridge with healthy and delicious foods, and I couldn't be more excited! I purchased meal prep tupperware before Thanksgiving, but I haven't had a chance to use it fully yet because my fridge has been packed with leftovers or things to be cooked, so I had nowhere to put my meals. But I cleaned everything out this weekend, so I have plenty of space to put everything, and no excuse to not do it!

I am looking forward to really committing this week so that my next week is even better! My goal is to get my 25lb washer at the next meeting 2lbs away! and I know if I stick to my plans I can accomplish that and then some! Here's to this week!!
