I started out okay, but it didn't end so well.. a mistake that hopefully won't happen again. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were acceptable... but then I ate a half a bag of peppermint chocolate covered pretzels and it was really late on top of it.

I also didn't workout yesterday because I had to work late, and then I thought it was a good idea to watch two episodes of The Arrow instead. (Not my smartest plan)

Today will be different.

My goal is to workout 5 days a week. As long as I don't make that one day a habit, this week will still be a success. I'm down 1.7 pounds since Wednesday. I must be doing something right at least!
