Well it is obvious looking at my profile that my weight has continued to climb.  I am done with that direction and feel confident in my ability to lose the weight the same way it came on.  I will continue with my morning swim, but substitute a different behaviour when i want a snack that is soul nourishing but not body nourishing!   I love the friends and support I have, and know this time during the holdiays I truly need to be more aware of the choices of what goes in my mouth.  The quantity is equally important.  Dieting is not a punishment.  It is a life style  of healthier choices.  I have had a rough 60 days.. it's time to move on.... feeling successful already!
