I had to organize things in the morning, and the dining halls weren't open until 1030, at which time I had to be at a study sesh, soI had one of those whole wheat egg sandwhiches from subway.  I then had an online appointment with a freind to plan her trip when she visits from around the world.  Sadly, I didn't have time for lunch.  I was going to work out but I was so hungry, I knew if I did I would feel sick, so I just waited until the dinning commons reopened for dinner, at which time i had a plate of chicken, pasta marinara a peice of garlic bread and some veggies.  The healthiest thing to do at that point, when I'm still slightly hungry, is to get a cup of tea and have cotttage cheese and fruit...but as you can tell clearly that's not what I did.  I went back for a second plate of pasta, this time with the alfredo sauce and one more peice of garlic bread.  I need to just keep my goals in mind and just push through and do the right thing for me, even if I don't remember why.  Another thing I think is important for me is having some regularity with my meals so I feel satisfied and don't overeat later.

I did walk back from my study session and got my fitbit in the mail today.  I'll post a picture of my fitbit Identity when i make an account, so all my dietbet buddies can be my fitbit buddies too!
