So, it's been a week. Dukan diet with a 1500cal cap, coupled with a daily 60min stair climbing routine shed 3.5kg worth of - mostly - water and glycogen off the scale. I have a broken arm and stairclimbing is just about the only serious exercise I can use. So far - as planned.

The plan is to hit the goal within the next week, keep it for a few days and enlist for a new bet immediately.
