I am feeling great!  

I actually slept in then started the day on the T-Zone Whole Body Vibration Machine on massage mode.  I followed with a Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar Booster and I added Aloe & Flax seeds to my smoothie.  Off to do a DVD after this post.*

Today I was apprehensive because the plan calls for salmon (which I really do NOT enjoy at all).  Upon some research I found that I can swap it out.  Yeah!!!  Sweet Potato Shepherd's Pie leftovers for dinner.

I will add fennel to my afternoon snack soup for a "fennel boost" (which was part of the Salmon dinner).
