So, I was struggling along with my fitness like most people, making some progress, slipping up, etc.

Then I got nailed by a car riding my bike in August, and that put 'get fitter' on hold while I worked on 'get back to regular life' as I am STILL recovering from a concussion. Yuck. Shout out to Dietbet for refunding my previous transformer so I could focus on my recovery and start over when I was able.

But, I'm pleased to say that I'm back to work part time now and back to getting my sh$t together. YAY! It's definitely tough because I'm still on limited screen time but this is a priority for me. I feel like crap right now and I'm going to take this opportunity to make a lifestyle shift. I know it's super cliche to start these things around January 1st, but that just happens to be when I'm able to get started (well, I'm starting now) so you know what? I'm going to ride the wave of resolutioners :-)

Fun fact: I'm a projet manager by trade so I've decided it would be fun to approach my fitness from a project management perspective. I'm calling it Project Me 2016. Stay tuned for nerdy updates. Project launch is December 30th, but I am currnetly entering the project preparation stage ;-)
