A made up mind is the best type of mind to have. It doesn't matter who you are or where you are in life, nothing trumps committment-to self. I have not actually began to change my actual eating (and drinking) habits---shhhh...quiet on the set..., I have began to change my thinking. And since thoughts are things, I guess you can say I'm truly about that life. I am about change.
I can't believe that we are about to part ways with 2015. So long to the times and plans of yesterday. I'm slick excited about 2016 I must admit. I'm ready for change. I'm ready to commit to healthy eating and exercise as a lifestyle and not just some quick way to lose a few (or in my case a lot) pounds. This is the year that I will be 7 five times. Since 7 is the number of completion, I know that I will accomplish my weight loss and health goals. I'm ready because I'm worth it!
I will commit to eating right and working out regularly. I'll trade coffee for tea and sweets for fruit. I plan to drink more water and go easy on the adult beverages cleverly poured in coffee mugs( if you are not laughing or clapping, you are either not a parent of young children or just a saint). I will take the stairs and count my steps! I'm committed to being a better version of Me.
Because I'm worth it!!!
