The letter K....lol...for keyboard.

This is pretty cool. My fiance bought me a keyboard for Christmas for my new Kindle Fire {He bought me the fire for winning my last DietBet} and I'm typing out my blog entrry on it. It works great, except I seem to type way to fast and I keep doubling my letters..lol.

Hopefully I can figure out the settings and slow down my typing a bit. I apoligise in advance for any errors with multiple R's that I don't catch...haha.

Christmas has come and gone for another year and I have done great with my clean eating, and my weight loss. I hope it continues and I am able to reach my goal weight in May.

I am hoping to look great this year at the beach! We usually go to Maine for a week in the summer and I am looking forward to rockin a new bathing suit! I have not bothered to get a new suit for a few years because I just could not seem to lose my weight.

Now that I have cut my carbs and the weight seems to be melting off, I know this year I won't feel so uncomfortable bathing suit shopping. Or even shopping for summer clothes for that matter.

This has been pretty much the first time in the last two days that I have sat down on my couch to relax...lol. At least for more then ten minutes. My grandson is out like a light, and I got the rest of my time to read, write and watch 48 hourrs in peace...

So, has anyone else ever tried cutting carbs? If so, was was the outcome for you? Did it change your life {like it has mine}

How much weight did you end up losing? One of my coworkers has brought her body into ketosis and she lost over 30 lbs in a few months.

Since I starrted my lower carb lifestyle I have felt great! My belly fat has been coming off at a steady pace {waist was 38 inches and is currently 34 inches} my tummy troubles, seem to be a thing of the past and I really never have uncontrolable, crazy carb cravings anymore. and I especially don't have that crazy "carb crash" after lunch anymore either.

I am still learning about ketosis and what it is and does, but if anyone would like some links to some books, I can recommend a few good reads about it.

The easiest way to explain it would be that it teaches your body how to use your bodyfat for enerrgy instead of carbs.

It has been the best thing I have ever done for my body. Sadly though, my fiance has been telling me for years that I need to stop earing so may carbs and I never listened to him!

I told him for now on...I would actually start {sortakinda} listening to him...hahaha....!

I could get use to this blog writing thing here. I like the format, reminds me of my wordpress blogs.

Merry day after Christmas peeps!!
