Mini update! Submitted my weigh-in yesterday - need to do so for my second game today. Made some good choices yesterday, including doing a 30 min yoga video wiht the husband. It wasn't as challenging as I had expected it to be, and when I looked at my FitBit stats, it actually burned less calories than I thought it would. But hey, I'm just getting started :) 

Food wise, I did fairly okay. We're still working through leftover chicken paprikas. That's not the most healthy thing in the world, but at least I kept the portion sizes small. Had a couple of snacks, and for dinner we went over to friend's. They made brats with sauteed peppers and onions, asparagus, and curly fries. I opted to go with no bun and drank water instead of beer.

Speaking of water - holy pee frequency, batman! - I managed to drink 110 oz. Didn't start until late afternoon, too. For most people, that might not sound like an accomplishment... but I usually have one cup of coffee in the morning and then drink nothing until dinner (which is usually a beer or a glass of wine). I have always struggled to drink enough any water. So that for me was like a miracle. Need to keep it up! 

Still no progress on the scale, but I know it's coming. Just have to keep truckin along.
