I've decided that I'm going to try and be as committed to writing in my blog on a regular basis. 

My goals for 2016 are:

1) be healthy 

2) learn how to go to the gym when stressed instead on going to food

3) go to the gym 3 days a week

4) be happy and don't sweat the small stuff

5) play with my kids more

6) take a compliment
