I have done many diets and have done really well and then I got to that comfortable stage and thought I had control but I didn't and gained almost everything back. I told my husband that this is going to be our year. I am focused and motivated. To get off to the right start I preplanned my dinners for the month. I've pre marinated chicken and pre-made some chilli and lasagna..... and put them in the freezer. I've never done a blog before so I will do my best at wrighting here with my challenges and acomplisments to hopefully help someone else out there.
