I don't want to start off the New Year with lots of lofty goals, but thought that maybe it wouold be more fun to commit to small, new goals each month (keep it fresh!) This month, I plan to attempt three new low-carb dinner recipes. As I have said in my other posts, I previously followed a low-carb diet and I had tremendous success. BUT, after a while, everyone gets sick of eating the same things all the time. Plus, now low-carb is a really big movement, so there are tons of GREAT recipes! I already have a ton in my Pinterest that I haven't done before, but a lot of them are desserts (which I will be avoiding for at least my first two months...that is a slipperly slope my friends!) So I am going to spend about a half hour each week this month trying to find low-carb dinner recipes that everyone in the family will enjoy! This should help me to stave-off boredom as well as make it easier for me to maintain my low-carb lifestyle with foods we all like!
