Well I have seen this for quite a while and finally took the plunge and signed up for this. Losing 4% of your body weight is not really much but its about keeping your eyes on the goal and coming through. Its a lot to put yourself out there but accountability is key. Social media is the best way for accountability. Letting people know your goals and if you have reached them. Many people will ask how your "diet" is going. In reality "diets" are a thing of the past. With being on a "diet" you cant sustain a healthy lifestyle. To create a healthy body you can go to the gym for 8 hours and come home and eat pizza and drink soda and you wont get the body of your dreams. A lean and healthy body is made in the kitchen, 90% eating and 10% exercise. Like it or not you have to fuel your body with fresh and lean foods and leave the artificial/fake foods out of your diet. You dont need to be a professional chef or even a personal trainer to eat right. You need to read labels and if you cannot pronounce it you probably should not be eating it. Dont get me wrong your not going to be perfect. You will slip up and you will give in to your cookie fix and ice cream sundae. The difference between people that fail and those who succeed is the fact that they keep going. They fall yet pick themselves up and continue on their mission. I am still learning this process and continuing on with my journey. Falling is inevitable its the picking yourself up and pushing forward is makes you strong. I was told to get my Certified Personal Trainer Certification from a friend but I didnt believe in myself. Although I am pursing my CPT Certification this is something I will plan on looking into once my daughter is less dependent on me and I have my masters degree in hand. I am someone who always looks to achieve goals. Motivated to look in a positive direction. Its my story and I will keep pushing forward for myself and for my children. I pray for a successful and consistant 2016! Cheers to endurance and strength oh and chocolate, I like chocolate.  :)
