Ummm... yeah.  Here's to a better year... But that being said, I'm not going to rant and rave about how horrible I've been in the last 9 months or so, I'm just going to move forward and get it done!!

I thought about joining a dietbet group last year, but didn't.  I thought I had it under control.  But with a little (ok, a lot!!) stress, lots of bad food decisions to cope with the stress and some back and knee issues, I wasn't able to keep it under control.  Had a lot of good intentions, but it didn't work out.

So, I'm using my competitive side to keep me on track for a month.  Just a month.  That's all I'm signing up for right now.... but I'm sure once I get going, I'll be signing up for more!  I have to have little goals, or else I blow it up and don't make it at all.  So I am good with losing just 4%... that's about 10 pounds for me.  It will be amazing when I make this goal in a month as I tend to lose weight slowly no matter what I do.

Here's to a good week for all of us... I know we can do it if we keep track of our goals and work hard.  I know I will... I want to get my money back!! =)
