Our snow just began to accumulate at dusk... will likely have to shovel tomorrow. Good chance of a snow day here tomorrow. =) Great job staying on track. Have to admit this weekend I have been pretty lax on the movement... but stayed on track with eating and drinking water.

Hey friend... you earned that wonderful 10 pound weight loss so claim it! I feel the same as you but I think we need to give ourselves some grace. We didn't lose that water weight the week before because we weren't on the right path. Now we are. Great Job!

Ooooo... nice boots! Like them!! How's it going? I noticed it easier to miss carbs... today was a high carb day, but I only had some potatoes for dinner. Probably should have had some fruit, but my husband didn't pack any in my lunch. So maybe for a snack later. Also notice a feeling of fullness sooner.... =) Always a plus!!

Way to go, Christy! I was wanting to give in today too... didn't feel the best all day. Woke up with a headache and it stayed around all day. Made for a long day at work. On the way home I was thinking a lot about how nice it would be to relax with a glass of wine... but then I thought, I don't want to ruin my two good days so far by giving in, so I will just wait until the end and use it as a treat for successfully completing the challenge. It worked for today... ;)

I feel very similar to what you've expressed in your post. I'm very ready, finally, to get this done and turn my life around. I worry for my health. I am so tired feeling unattractive. I fear that I won't be around if I don't get started now. With hard work and focus on what's important-making this a priority, we can do this.
