Well, I sent in my pix and I'm ready to get started. I'm 66 years old so I'm hoping this works for me. I'm still very active but sometimes I think my metabolism has died. That seems to be a drawback of getting older. Those are the last negative words I will speak with regard to weight loss. I can do anything as long as I give it my all.
