You can do it. When my mom was 71, I changed my lifestyle and she rolled her eyes. When she saw the change in just 6 months, she asked me to help her. She ate what I ate but didn't do ANY exercise. She flat out refused. Fine. Even with the change in eating she lost 60+ pounds and got to a fairly healthy weight. If you do a little exercise and change eating habits, you'll get there. Join a Transformer and give yourself 6 months of mindfulness. You'll lose... and you'll win. :)
