i just finished meal prepping for the week. Being that I am also using Herbalife I didn't have to prep much but all in all I still needed to prep so that I don't fall for temptation of chocolates and sweets. At this point in my journey Pinterest is my best friend. I also have decided unofficially weigh myself every Sunday. So that I will have a driving force. Good luck to all!!!

If I can give u a few tips1 fill up a 2ltr bottle water and u have to finish it every day. 2 buy a diet book for meal under 500cl- I went for hairy bikers diet book)3 be careful with Herbalife, it's your call, I find these diets really hard and it's too easy to go for a quick fix( chocolate etc) to increase blood sugar levels 4 I am no diet expert, however Fitbit/run keeper are good to log steps. Good luck
